Pork Loin Fat cut off, garlic, fresh herbs and olive oil spread all over, wrapped with pancetta. Cut in half and tied to marinate.Wine and chicken broth in roasting pan.

Asparagus and snap pea stir fry with red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.

Turkey burgers, lettuce wrap style for me buns for the boys
Tossed Green salad with beautiful red lettuce and an exotic balsamic dressing.
Baked chicken pieces with red, yellow and green peppers, onions, sliced garlic, herbs de provence. Olive oil rubbed on it all with some white wine and chicken broth in the bottom. Very French.
Taco salad with FF refried beans and FF cheese and beaucoup veg.
Too much bread.

Somehow the people who live in this house bought 4 cabbages. Clearly it is cabbage season.
More WW zero point soup with cabbage
Stir-fried cabbage,apple, onion with turkey keilbasa and caraway seedd and a splash of apple cider vinegar.

Baked Chicken with crumbs
Roasted vegetables from this web site. 1 pt per serving. Katie doubled the spic rub and used dried fresh rosemary instead of thyme. She ended up baking them on two sheets so that they wouldn't steam. They were sooooo delicious.
